BEST-cleaners/activators/primers

To achieve or optimize adequate bonding quality of adhesive products on bonding surfaces these areas need to be cleaned of oil, grease and other contaminants with BEST-Clean 2000.

For pretreatment of bonding surfaces before subsequent bonding with anaerobic adhesivers (BEST-MK types) we recommend cleaning with BEST-Aktiv A.

In applications with larger gaps, open applications, porous surfaces, materials with acid surfaces (pH-value 1 – 5) and before bonding with cyanoacrylate adhesives (BEST-CA types)we recommend BEST-AKtiv C .

BEST-Clean 2000 – cleaner for pretreatment and degreasing of bonding surface before subsequent bonding wirh BEST-adhesives.
Available in units of 400ml, 1000ml, and 5000ml.

BEST-Aktiv A for pretreatment of bonding surfaces. The activator ensures complete curing and shortens curing time of BEST-MK adhesives on inactive/passive bonding surfaces. Available in units of200ml, 1000ml, 5000ml.

BEST-Aktiv C for fast curing of BEST-CA adhesives. Available in units of 200ml-, 1000ml, 5000ml.

BEST-Primer C for pretreatment of polyolefines, e.g. PP, PE, PTFE/silicones before subsequetn bonding with a BEST-CA adhesive. Adhances adhesion on bonding surfaces. Available in units of 20ml, 1000ml.

BEST-primer K for pretreatment of glass, ceramics, plastic materials and metals before subsequent bonding with BEST-KL adhesives. Increases durability of the bonding connection. Available in units of 20ml and 1000ml.

BEST-primer P for pretreatment of glass and ceramic materials before subsequent bonding with BEST-PL adhesives. Increases durability of the bonding connection. Available in units of 20ml and 1000ml.
