BEST-UV adhesives

BEST-UV adhesives are solvent free, one-component adhesives featuring easy application and short cure time. Curable with UVA- and/or visible light.

BEST-UV adhesives provide a multitude of benefits which are required in serial production:

-one-component
-easy to handle
-fast cure
-cure at room temperature
-low concentration of pollutant substances at workplace
-low temperature development during curing

We offer:

BEST-PL UV-adhesives: one-component, modified acrylate adhesives, which cure at room temperature under exposure to UVA- or visible light. Depending on the product type the adhesives can be cured by heat, anaerobically or with activators.

BEST-KL UV-adhesives: one-component adhesives based on cyclo-aliphatic epoxy resins. They cure at room temperature under exposure to UVA-light and feature short cure time with easy application. Contrary to radically curing BEST-PL products curing of BEST-KL products is cationic.

BEST-Uvirapid: innovative one-component, solvent free and low viscous UV-high speed adhesive. Curing with UV-LED flashlights within seconds.
